Simply put, we love to help leaders actualize their visions — personally and organizationally.
If your vision for yourself as a leader or for your organization is not greater than the one we have for you, then we aren’t a good fit, and we shouldn’t work together. However, if together we do the “right” work and do it well, you and your organization should thrive. And there-in lies our passion. We get excited about seeing people and organizations be the best they can be.
When you work with Vantage Point, you will quickly understand that we:

Finally, we are focused on small organizations–both for-profit and nonprofit. We never want you to feel like a small fish in a big pond. Ron, our founder, has worked with many Fortune 100 companies in his career, and Vantage Point was created in part to pay it forward to those who want to be just a successful in their own space even if they never get such a ranking by Fortune magazine.
