On a resume, Ron is an accomplished management consultant with excellent results providing services to large, complex accounts for Fortune 100 companies. He is a proven strategic leader with high integrity and a passion for excellence and building winning teams. He easily builds trusted relationships with clients and colleagues, resulting in strong business relationships.

All true. But perhaps better said, Ron desires to come alongside you and supplement the great things you are already doing with the skills and experience he has developed over three decades in for-profit and nonprofit business to help you actualize your vision(s) – for your organization and for yourself.

Prior to launching Vantage Point in 2018, Ron worked for the nonprofit One Collective from 2010 to 2018, where he served as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief-of-Staff to the President/CEO. As COO, Ron provided strategic leadership for global operations, including organizational design, governance, integrated management processes, staff coordination, and goal setting. As CFO, he was responsible for providing financial leadership from budgeting to reporting. As COS, he regularly consulted with the President/CEO on organizational direction and strategy. Ron joined One Collective in large part to help the culture shift from being an organization led by its values (which had been done for 50 years) to one led by vision—a huge shift for any organization.

Ron started his career working for Hewitt Associates, a global management consulting firm. He spent 27 years with Hewitt in many roles, and he was named a partner in 1997. Ron’s time at Hewitt gave him invaluable leadership and management experience and the ability to be an influencer at the highest levels of an organization. He worked with many Fortune 100 companies and was often chosen to lead Hewitt’s largest and most complex client relationships. At one point, Ron led a client team of over 600 people in place to serve one of the largest telecommunication companies.

For the couple years between his time with Hewitt and One Collective, Ron helped launch a company centered around a coaching program that he co-created. That program, known as Endeavor, was designed to help people discover how they are uniquely skilled and impassioned by God. Discovering and embracing this truth generates confidence in their contribution and they have greater impact.
