Our work with Vantage Point has been a game-changer for us. Personally, gaining new insights into the unique way I’m wired is helpful in understanding why I think and feel how I do in certain situations. As a leader, it has been valuable for me to have similar insights into everyone on our team, and I’m a more effective leader because I understand the people I lead much better. This allows me to cater my leadership approach to their unique wiring. Our work to build a strong team has led to deeper relationships and greater effectiveness as a staff. We’ve been able to make decisions faster. There will be lasting impact in at least two key ways: 1) we will grow in our efficiency as leaders, allowing us to keep up with the culture shifts and change; and 2) our office will become a place that people want to work and we are willing to sacrifice a lot to accomplish the vision of the church.

Ron Bryant was the Engagement Manager (General Manager) of the GTE client team prior to Hewitt's successful bid for the Verizon contract. The new contract would merge two telecommunications giants in GTE and Bell Atlantic. Although Hewitt won the business, there was no precedent for an implementation of this size. Ron was asked to lead the this historic effort. The project was massive, including the hiring and training of over 250 new associates, the data passed from the former administrator created over 1 million data edits, the call center reached epic queues, and there were times where I didn't think we would pull it off. Thanks to Ron's dedication and leadership, the implementation was a success. He was consistent in making sure every team member had the support he or she needed, while also managing realistic expectations from a demanding client. I've worked for some great minds in my young 10 year career, but by far Ron Byrant has been one of the most eduring and inspiring business leaders I've had the privelege to work under. Ron is a true leader with an unique ability to bring those around him to a different level.
